Nellie Leonidah Adala is a passionate public health practitioner and women’s rights advocate committed to advancing gender equality, disability inclusion, and social justice. She brings extensive expertise in leadership, advocacy, and strategic program development, designing and implementing initiatives that empower girls, women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Her Future Flame, a youth- and women-led organization dedicated to empowering adolescent girls and young women, including those who are socially excluded and those with disabilities, through health, education, gender equality, leadership, climate action, and advocacy. Guided by the values of equity, inclusion, integrity, and youth leadership, the organization works to create lasting community change. Drawing on her experience in public health and community development, Nellie has collaborated with diverse stakeholders, including young people, government institutions, civil society organizations, development partners, educators, and local communities. Her work has strengthened her ability to foster inclusive partnerships, navigate diverse perspectives, and build environments where collaboration, mutual respect, and shared purpose drive meaningful impact. Passionate about developing the next generation of leaders, Nellie inspires young people to embrace empathy, effective communication, cultural awareness, and inclusive leadership as essential skills for succeeding in todays diverse workplaces and communities.

As an EdTech specialist, he has deployed learning management systems, designed curriculum frameworks, by bringing structure to what was previously informal and disconnected. Across the startup and innovation ecosystem, he has supported early-stage founders through incubation, acceleration, and mentorship.

Before co-founding N3 Global Tech in 2026, Nabeel gained hands-on experience across .NET, React, and cloud-based development at companies including GeekyWolf and Quest Innovative Solutions. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from College of Engineering, Thalassery. Beyond writing code, Nabeel is focused on the decisions and thinking that shape how products get built and how they reach the people they're meant to serve.

He is the Founder of AgriAfrica AI, an initiative leveraging technology to support sustainable agriculture, and serves as the Chief Technology Officer at SciWorld, a platform transforming science education through storytelling and immersive learning. Beyond technology, John is an active youth leader and currently serves as the State Secretary of the YALI Network Cross River State Chapter, where he contributes to leadership development and community impact initiatives. Through conferences, community projects, and innovation programs, he has worked with young people, educators, and institutions to promote leadership, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving. As a speaker, John enjoys helping young professionals understand that opportunities are often created not only by technical ability but by the ability to communicate ideas clearly, tell compelling stories, build meaningful relationships, and inspire action.
